1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between mm71 and any person who accesses or uses the mm71 platform, including all games, betting markets, casino products, promotional materials, and support services available at mm71.io. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and accept them unconditionally.

mm71 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the mm71 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and mm71.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the mm71 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account on mm71.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently excluded from the mm71 platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the platform.

mm71 may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the mm71 platform, you must create an account by completing the registration process at mm71.io. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on mm71. Duplicate accounts, also referred to as multi-accounts, are strictly prohibited. If mm71 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any balances therein forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. mm71 will never request your password through any channel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Account activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, you must contact mm71 support immediately.
• KYC verification: mm71 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at registration or at any subsequent point. This process may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

mm71 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to the platform, which remains subject to compliance with these Terms at all times.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mm71 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer from eligible Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically confirmed within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• mm71 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees independently of mm71.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
• Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one to four hours of approval.
• Withdrawals via bank transfer are processed within one to two business days.
• mm71 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and does not imply wrongdoing.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6.

5 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all sports betting, live betting, casino games, crash games, and slots available on the mm71 platform. Product-specific rules may be found within each game or betting market interface.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until you receive a written confirmation via the platform interface. Oral confirmations, chat messages, and email acknowledgments do not constitute bet acceptance.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed on the mm71 platform are indicative until a bet is formally accepted. In live/in-play markets, odds may change in the period between bet submission and acceptance. mm71 will notify you if a bet is accepted at different odds from those displayed at submission.
• Insufficient funds: A bet cannot be placed if your account balance is insufficient to cover the stake. mm71 does not extend credit under any circumstances.
• Maximum bet limits: mm71 applies maximum stake limits per event, market, and game type. These limits are displayed within each market. mm71 reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for individual accounts without notice.
• Void bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, technical error in odds publication, or manifest error. In the case of void bets, the original stake is returned to your account.
• Manifest errors: If mm71 publishes odds or game parameters that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error, mm71 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those erroneous odds, even after the outcome is known, and return stakes to players.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports may be suspended at any point during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and stakes returned.

Results for all sports events, casino games, and crash games are final once officially confirmed within the mm71 platform. mm71's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 10.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

mm71 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the time of offer.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the mm71 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and crash games typically contribute 100% of the staked amount. Slots contributions vary by title. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods vary by promotion and are stated at the time of offer.
• One bonus per transaction: Only one bonus may be applied to a single qualifying deposit unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse of bonuses: mm71 takes bonus abuse seriously. Strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, including low-risk hedging, systematic exploitation of free bets, or coordinated multi-account abuse, constitute a violation of these Terms. mm71 may void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if abuse is detected.
• Seasonal promotions: mm71 may offer time-limited promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms above, plus any additional terms stated within the specific promotion.

mm71 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the mm71 platform or by email to affected players where reasonably practicable.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mm71 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting) or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the mm71 platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or manipulate betting markets.
• Using the mm71 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent the technical security measures of the mm71 platform.
• Abusing, threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward mm71 staff or other platform users.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the mm71 platform or imposes an unreasonable load on platform infrastructure.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the mm71 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of mm71 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mm71 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any mm71 content without express written permission.
• Use mm71 branding, logos, or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised by mm71.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the mm71 platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the mm71 platform on any other website or application.

Third-party game content available on mm71 — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — is provided under licence agreements between mm71 and the respective game studios. Use of those games is governed by the respective studio's end-user licence terms in addition to these Terms.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

mm71 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the mm71 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses of any nature.
• Losses arising from interruption to the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the mm71 platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

mm71 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mm71 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

mm71 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).
• As part of a responsible gaming intervention, including self-exclusion or cooling-off periods activated by the player.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose mm71 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not re-register during the self-exclusion period. Any account opened in violation of an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any deposits made during the exclusion period returned.

12 Responsible Gaming

In the event of a dispute between you and mm71 regarding a transaction, game outcome, or account decision, the following process applies:

mm71 will not charge you any fee for submitting a complaint or dispute. All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be considered.

14 Amendments to These Terms

mm71 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mm71 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform, where reasonably practicable. Minor corrections, formatting updates, and clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations may be made without specific notification.

The revised Terms will display the updated "Last Revised" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the mm71 platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
